Arranging care for yourself or a relative
The free care assessment form captures what we need to help you properly, and it takes about two minutes.
Book a Free Care AssessmentProfessional referrals
Social workers, care coordinators, discharge teams and commissioners can refer through the supported living enquiry route or by calling the office directly.
Supported LivingAn existing care package
If you already receive support from Safeside, or a relative does, call the office. Rota changes, visit times and changes in need are handled faster by telephone than by email.
Job applications and recruitment
Applications go through the careers page, where you can upload a CV and tell us your availability.
CareersConcerns, feedback and complaints
Call the office and ask to speak to the registered manager, or email us. We take concerns seriously and would much rather hear about a problem early.
Quality and SafeguardingAnything else
Use the message form below and we will point you in the right direction.
Raising a concern
If something is not right, please tell us. Contact the office and ask to speak to the registered manager, or email info@safesideservices.co.uk. We will explain how we investigate a concern, how long it usually takes and what to do if you are not satisfied with our response.
Concerns about the safety of an adult can also be raised with the safeguarding team at the relevant local authority, and anyone can share information about a regulated care service with the Care Quality Commission. We would rather you raised something with us first so we can put it right, but you are never obliged to.
